ABOUT MICHAL
I am deeply inspired to support you in your growth by helping you rediscover ways of living and connecting to your aliveness, joy, and sense of wholeness. My intention is to offer a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and reawaken the parts of yourself that long to be expressed.
Coming from a different culture, I bring a unique perspective to my work, as well as a deep appreciation for the richness and diversity of human experience. I understand that each of us has our own way of living and expressing ourselves, and that sometimes we need support in finding what a fulfilling and meaningful life looks like for us personally.
My own journey of seeking growth and healing has shaped who I am as a therapist. It has taken me across the world, spending extended periods immersed in other cultures, where I not only learned from people’s unique ways of living, but also discovered more about myself through those connections. These experiences cultivated in me a deep curiosity about others, about health and healing, and about the many ways humans can thrive. That curiosity and commitment to personal transformation ultimately led me to become a psychotherapist.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Haifa University in Israel and my M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Over the years, I have worked therapeutically with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. Alongside this work, I have remained dedicated to my own healing and self-growth through therapy, mindfulness, and embodied practices—believing that my personal journey continues to inform and deepen the work I do with others.
I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward greater freedom, authenticity, and aliveness.
I offer therapy via Zoom in both English and Hebrew, welcoming individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
